The Club has a restaurant which is open year round, under the direction of the renowned Soledad Nardelli, chef de l'Avenir by the International Academy of gastronomy in Paris, and included among the top 50 in Latin America. You can taste delicious dishes prepared with local products and from our organic vegetable garden.
Soledad Nardelli and her team, offer a seasonal menu simple and fresh, at the same time sophisticated and full of flavor. She looks for fresh products from our Fincas and the organic garden at Club Tapiz. À la carte or step menu, served with our own wines and the best wineries from Argentina.
Open daily from 7 am to 11 pm, we suggest reservation.

Seasonal salad on a crispy seeds dough, citrus wedges, cherry tomatoes, goat mascarpone, walnuts from Uco
Cauliflower risotto, crispy racu ham, fresh sprout.
Beef carpaccio, parmesan cream, capers, Dijon mustard, soft arugula.
Goat provoleta “a la chapa”, caramelized onions, and blood sausage.
Broccoli marrow and its cream, racu yolk, mushroom tempura.
Duck capeletis, leek and mushrooms, orchard sprouts and broth.
Tapiz steak (14 oz), roasted potatoes, confit tomatoes, creole sauce and “chimichurri”.
Pork belly, mashed squash pumkin, sweet potato chips, wine reduction sauce.
Trout, baby potatoes, sage butter, tender leaves.
Crispy sweetbread, grilled green onion, mashed potatoes, herbal chimichurri, purple onions.
